For the past two years, meat products are handmade in Es Cucó’s workshop, with the latest technology and maximum food safety. Es Cucó works daily with selected meats supplied by reputable suppliers and completes processing, preservation and packaging processes with the rigor required to achieve optimal results.
Meat produce, cured or cooked, processed in small productions, focusing on quality rather than quantity, which are distributed in the supermarket Es Cucó and the best restaurants on the island. Sausages, burgers, meat skewers, kebabs and gluten free sausages, without starch and natural drying if required. They currently prepare mortadella salami, Iberian and Roquefort flavoured ham, chicken and turkey breast, spicy sausage, butifarrones. The offer will soon be completed with pate and boar’s head.
